Why the Name

The word Aris is of Greek origin and means best. We chose the name Aris Group because we’re committed to providing employers, entrepreneurs, individuals, families and brokers the best benefits solutions with superior service.

Benefits by Design is more than a tagline – it’s what we do. What’s most important to us is to really listen to our clients’ needs. There are no cookie-cutter benefit packages with Aris Group. Our job is to find solutions that work for each unique scenario.

What We Do

Aris Group streamlines the process for business owners, human resource professionals, individuals and brokers – essentially anyone tasked with managing the integration of plans and enrollment process at no direct cost to employer, employees or individuals. We communicate directly with individuals and employees allowing you to do what you do best while we manage the rest.
